of the CBS-TV series, Hawaii Five-O which aired from 1968 to 1980.

1968 Ford Fairlane 500 convertible (named Danno) that was used in four 1968 episodes of the CBS-TV series, Hawaii Five-O which aired from 1968 to 1980. The car was used in Five-O episodes entitled, "Deathwatch", "Tiger by the Tail", "No Blue Skies", and "24 Karat Kill". The car was the only 1968 Ford Fairlane 500 of it's configuration shipped to Hawaii by the Ford Motor Company. The car was classified as an "Introductory Show Unit" by Ford and was provided to the Hawaii Five-O film production company in Honolulu. The car was never sold by Ford. Notable personalities seen on film with the car were: Jack Lord, Sal Mineo, Sam Melville, Marj Dusay and Kaz Garas.

"Danno" came equipped with a factory 390GT engine and C-6 automatic transmission, bucket seats with Select Shifter console, power windows, power disc brakes and power steering. The car was originally Diamond Blue with blue vinyl interior. The factory VIN number is less than 15.
