· 1967 Fairlane 500XL that has been cloned to a GTA. I purchased it 1.5 years ago. What I have done is:
New top,
Center console emblem,
Steering wheel,
Complete grille (restored) including emblem rechrome,
New emblems all the way around,
Restored the headlight doors,
New door handles,
Tail lights rechromed,
New trunk liner,
New seatbelts,
GT hood ordered,
Rekeyed the ignition and locks,
Installed dash clock.
It has been a fun time. A lot of money, but have enjoyed it. When I bought the car it had been restored already. Some of the items mentioned were not correct to the car, some I fixed them. The car is fun to drive, and attracts a lot of attention.
