Phil Decker's 1966 Fairlane GT/A
This is my 66 GTA have owned 3 1/2 years. I took it apart April 2005 down to a rust free bare metal and added 427 hood. Paint is Raven Black base coat with 4 coats of clear. Engine is 1963, 406 bored with Ross pistons 11.5 comp. Crower Solid Roller cam, Comp roller rockers, reworked 406 heads, MSD distr. and 2X4's with Holleys putting out 430 HP. TCI convertor and C-6 with TCI parts and 350 posi rear. Car was originally sold in Arizona and ended up at Ford/ Mercury dealer in Wisconsin which Golden Classic's in Clearwater, Fl. and then I bought from them. This is my third Fairlane but this one is by far the nicest. Thanks for letting me share with you as I have owned and been a Fairlane fan since 1970.
