Scott Innes's 69 Fairlane
I grew up driving a 67 Fairlane my dad bought from a school teacher. That made me always want one for myself so when I herd that by brother-in-law was selling his 69 from Texas I knew I had to buy it. When I called him about the car we didn’t know how I could pick it up the car was in lower Michigan and I am in Northeast Wisconsin. We decided to send it across on the ferry from ludington MI.to Manitowoc WI. This was May 2000 when I picked it up from the ferry and drove it home. From there on out I kept on updating and collecting parts to restore it. On Oct.2007 I received a invite from a friend to restore it. Down to bare metal and 9 Months later and to many hours to count, here it is my 69. Many thanks to my wife's support and Ron Paschke for all his time and talents.
